Saturday Open day timetable :
09.00 – 10.00 Easyline & Arke class
(Opportunity to change class after 30 minutes so as to try both classes)
10.00 – 11.00 Easyline & Kettlercise
(Opportunity to change class after 30 minutes so as to try both classes
11.00 – 1130 Official Opening by Honorary Minister J. Azzopardi
1130 – 1200 Thai Chi class
1200 – 1230 Spin class
1230 – 1300 Physiotherapists will give a lecture/class in Stretching (Theory & Practice)
1300 – 1400 – Nutrition team will give a lecture about nutrition.
