Chic Physique class schedule for the winter period (October/December 2011)
As you well know we are moving to new, larger premises in Pieta after 4 years at Pembroke. The move is due for late November and the premises are 600 sqm with a fantastic floor space, changing rooms and showers plus air conditioning.
For now however the classes will continue at Pembroke but we are initiating the class structure which we will adopt in the new studio by having daily sessions at 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. We are also bringing in the first of our new staff and that is Personal Trainer Matthew Towns who has a Sports Science degree in Strength and conditioning and who is going to be a valuable member to the team. Matthew will be taking several classes and we welcome him on board.
The cost of the classes remains the same as before and will remain the same when we move.
The classes will again consist of Easyline and the newly introduced ARKE circuit which has proven highly popular amongst our members.
The prices are as follows:
€5 each for 30 sessions = €150
€6 each for 20 sessions = €120
€7 each for 10 sessions = €70
€8 for single session
All classes will begin on the 1st October and finish on 31st December, however no classes will be held on the 25th and 26th December for obvious reasons. All sessions must be used within the said time frame.
Thanking you again for your loyalty and support.

Saturday 10th September saw the first meeting of the new team as it currently stands. The meeting was to prepare for the move in November and for everyone to get to know one another. It’s been a bit like that classic film “The Magnificent Seven” starring Yul Brynner? Okay so most of you were too young to remember it but it starred a bloke with a similar haircut to mine who put together a team of renegade gunslingers who would ultimately sort out a bunch of mean looking Mexican bandits. Now apart from Yul’s and my haircut, the resemblance stops there as none of my new staff are gunslingers and hopefully none of my clients are Mexican bandits, unless I missed something on the CVs and application forms?? The new team that joins Alexandra, Shirley and myself is the best of the best with a top Sports Sponsor in place, two Physiotherapists, and a new Personal Trainer from England with another foreign Instructor in the pipeline as well as a local Dietician/Nutritionist. The new place will certainly have an International feel to it but this place more than anything will be different. Our target audience will remain the over 40s and we will continue to create that special cosy atmosphere with Personal training and supervised group sessions. The prices as always will be realistic as we aim for client retention, not a fast buck. The surroundings and decor will make the studio a place you can’t stay away from and we will be offering 4-5 different training concepts so no excuse for boredom setting in. The team are all professionals with incredible drive and ambition and are taking on their roles because they believe in the concept we are trying to create. We will keep you informed but in the meantime, if you’re over 40 and feeling your age, you know where to find us.
