Did you miss me??
Well I’m back from yet another Life Cycle Challenge www.lifecyclechallenge.com and raring to go again in the studio.
Since my last post we have established ourselves here in Pembroke and although the “proposed” new Sports project at White Rocks may or may not go ahead, we have been given assurances by the Minister Clyde Puli that we will be given alternative premises should we be forced to move. For the time being we will continue to build on what we have created here and hope to continue the quality of service we provide.
The Easyline classes have been altered slightly so check out the new times. The Personal Training continues to be popular however availability is still the problem with only a few slots up for grabs. The costs once again remain the same for both types of training as we attempt to give a realistic price in this difficult economic climate we find ourselves in.
Thanks to Natasha my friend from Abu Dabi who covered for me when I was away. She proved very popular and it’s a shame she is established over there as she would be a welcome edition to our team which now has a new member. Ian Sammut has joined the team and you will be seeing more and more of him as I establish his clientele over a period of time. Check Ian’s profile out on the “Team” link. Ian will of course be joining those stalwarts Alexandra and Vicky who have been part of the furniture for the past 3 years and continue to do a fantastic job.
The HumanLab VO2 analyser has proven popular with the members both with fitness and weight loss. If you haven’t done the analysis or need to know more about it then ask one of the team and they will guide you.
Sleep well…..
Alan
